In 2008 my husband and I consulted a Fertility Specialist who said that my husband had Azoospermia. If we want a child we have to do TESA/ICSI , use donor sperm, donor embryo, adopt or be childless. Many other Drs we consulted told us the same thing. We decided to do TESA/ICSI. Unfortunately it failed. From the TESA we were unable to find even one sperm. We had not selected the option of using Donor sperm. So we were back to square one. In 2009, a friend suggested we go for Ayurveda medical treatment. Within 6 months of treatment, my husband’s Semen Analysis Report started showing a count for sperms. It was not zero any more. It was such a surprise to us. He took medicine for about 2 years. After that we stopped and took a break. He continued the Drs diet as much as possible after that. In 2014 we decided to try ICSI treatment using my husband’s sperm. it was successful!!. I became pregnant. I consider this a personal achievement and also an achievement for all who have Azoospermia!! I am a person who believes in myself and God. My prayer is that- 'Everyone who yearns for their own biological child deserves to have one'. Good Luck to you all!!
